  We took the bus and it took us so much time. We waste our last day of holidays because of this!

  A preauthorisation taken on 15.6.17 and still held with Europcar. Branch advises nothing they can do, Head Office says have instructed bank to release. Bank says no instruction received from Europcar. Over to the Bank credit investigation squad to make this right. We have had to fork out and pay the credit card in advance! Unacceptable Europcar! Quick to take our money but gives us the chase when it is money owing. We have also given the branch ample time to assist us to make it right, surprise surprise, no response after telling us nothing they can do. No accountability! No care factor! We were happy with the condition & type of vehicle offered on both rentals, thus their saving grace is the 2 star!

  We took back the car at our hostel and came back on the next morning. We had 100km too much. The girl in Noosa was nice enough to didnt charge it to us because it wasn't our fault.

  We pay expensive to rent a car because we won't have bring the car back at the same place. We ask for Noosa. The man at the desk told us the Europcar there was not so closed of our Hostel but maybe 10 minutes by taxi. We couldn't check by ourself because you dont have any wifi in your office.
