  Every thing was great at the start hd came to my place and seem to know what he was doing. I gave him three phones to see if could be up and working again. One he said just needed a battery but he did not have that type on him. The other two were going to require more work at base work shop. Thus is were things went wrong. Did not answer his phone left message never returned. Text no reply until I finally got him it had been over a week of more. To get the phone as quick as possible to my brother we decided he would send it through the post with a tracking number weeks latter the phone still not were it needed to be and not showing up on tracking accept to say the number is a auspost item number. See he put it in a post box not post office so even if it did get to where it was sent it would not show up till it got to the post office where it was going bug it did not. Now we are having Th he same problems in replacing it promising to call and dose not. Still waiting even after telling them it had to be done by yesterday. Not happy now he wants to give me some kind of sec hand. Phone

  Prompt and accurate diagnostics of computer problems. I suspected my laptop hard drive was not functioning, gave the spiel, brought the computer in 40 mins before close, had the drive out and tested within 5 minutes. Walked back out with a drive in 15 mins flat.
