  Worst experience ever! Very RUDE manager!! Have bought thousands of dollars worth of stock for my business and when I need a repair on my printer the manager treats me like I am scum. Won't be shopping there anytime soon. Shop at MBO OFFICE EQUIPMENT the local blokes always go out of there way to help you out.

  Officeworks staff were really great when dealing with a recent purchasing error. My new unit is just brilliant and I am very happy. Well done to the staff of Officeworks.

  I have a small business and I cant believe the customer service the manager gives. This guy doesnt stop trying to help people I go there all the time and truth is I go there because I have the best chance of getting the products that are best suited to my needs because of the outstanding customer service. And this level of service flows down through the other staff in my opinion. Tall thin guy he is, anyway top shelf Office works I am going down this morning to give you more of my money.
