    Does the Hervey office have phone ? Why can't I phone them direct instead of being transferred to Brisbane? Didn't they pay their account on time. Feel sorry for staff. Shocking Telstra, you should be ashamed of your poor service. Disgusted.

    Exceptional. Showed up near close on a Saturday and Natalie and a colleague stayed almost an hour late to sort me out. Cant speak highly enough of the service. Also got a heap more mobile data, 3 new devices and double home internet data with insurance and some accessories for not much more than was already paying.

    Call or go Telstra online chat. Went there twice for the same problem for last two months and didnt even "able" to talk to anyone there. Apparently you need to "book" a time to talk to someone there. Anyway I have got my problem solved in 10 minutes from Telstra online chat.

    Dreadful. No one around to take my money while an assistant stood at door with an ipad doing nothing. Waste of time. Piss poor l.

    Piss poor service, should say no service at all. Staff sitting around doing nothing, while customers told it would be over an hour before they could be seen to.
