  Could not rave more about Blue Dolphin tours!!! Pete and Beck were so friendly, down to earth and great hosts! We had such a close up encounter with the whales due to the smaller boat and group size (also a plus!) that you wouldn't get on the bigger charters. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea were all spot on. Nothing pretentious, just yummy decent normal food! They were able to cater to mine and others dietary needs with no fuss. Only advice I have is to bring a back up plan for see-sickness if you're prone to that sort of thing! A very smooth ride, just occasionally a bit bumpy due to all the movement in the water from the whales! Would recommend them very highly!!

  Had a great time with my partner. Well worth the whole day, we sat cruising beside a whale for over half the day. Food was great, staff were friendly. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

  Great full day for the family, definitely recommend this intimate, eco friendly trip. Small group, lovely skipper and deckie. Very knowledgeable and amazing up close encounters with the whales. Will definitely come back, thanks Peter and Cassie

  This was a whole day sailing and became one the most wonderful and moving experiences I could’ve ever imagined. Peter, a marine biologist and the skipper, and the crew truly love what they do, it shines through, and created a very homey atmosphere. But the true magic came when some humpback whales started showing up, breaching, tail slapping, spy hopping, just curious about us. We were blessed with a mum and her calf that approached the vessel and stayed playing around, just less than a meter from us, letting us admire how majestic and awesome these mammals are. It was such a breathtaking encounter that words just don't do it justice. Thanks for these marvelous memories we will treasure.
